PawsBook ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect and use information on pawsbook.io, our public marketing website for PawsBook booking software.
This page covers the marketing site and waitlist only. If you book boarding or daycare with an individual PawsBook host (for example Happy Paws House), that host's own privacy policy applies to your booking.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- The email address you submit
- Technical request data used to prevent abuse (such as IP address and time of submission)
We do not ask for a name, phone number, or payment details on this website.
How we use it
We use your email to:
- Confirm you are on the waitlist
- Email you when PawsBook opens to new home-based boarding and daycare businesses
- Send a small number of related product updates if you remain on the list
We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their marketing.
Where it is stored
Waitlist emails are stored with Resend, which we use to keep the list and send email. Rate-limit data for abuse prevention is kept briefly on our servers and is not used for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you ask us to remove it, or until the waitlist is no longer needed after launch. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, or write to us at the address below and we will delete your waitlist entry.
